Hi, I’m Annette Hébert
I'm a guide, writer, and mentor who supports people in reconnecting with themselves and navigating life with more clarity and courage.
My work is shaped by lived experience, deep compassion, and an ability to meet others exactly where they are.
My Journey
For years, I was the one everyone came to. The calm presence. The steady shoulder. The resident psychologist, even before I knew what that meant.
I thought helping others was my purpose. And in many ways, it was—until I realized I was abandoning myself in the process.
Burnout became my teacher. Grief cracked me open. And through the unraveling, I found my way back to myself through body, breath, and the practices that now guide my work.
I learned that holding space for others is a gift—but only when it doesn't come at the cost of losing ourselves.
Beyond the Work
I'm a lifelong dog person turned surprise cat lover (life is full of unexpected twists). I live with my husband and daughter in a log home in the woods of New Brunswick, where I can often be found watching the sunrise with coffee in hand.
My soul lives at the edge of the ocean—Kauai has my heart. I'm endlessly curious about what makes us who we are, whether it's Human Design, Gene Keys, or even true crime shows (Bones is my comfort show).
I've just turned 50. My body is my greatest teacher. Finding strength, rebuilding trust, and meeting myself at the edge—that's my current path.
I live for deep conversations, magic woven into the mundane, and tattoos that mark moments. (I've gotten four in the past six months—a turtle, jellyfish, bee, and dragon.)
How I Work
I create spaces where you can explore your patterns, listen to your body's signals, and move through change with honesty and support. Drawing on my training as a holistic nutritionist, Reiki Master, and Lemurian Huna facilitator, I offer a blend of practical tools and intuitive practices. But I don't follow a script—each session, each gathering is intuitively guided by what wants to move, what needs to be seen, and what your body is already trying to tell you.
My Approach
Just Presence.
I don't perform spirituality. I speak plainly, without hierarchy. I integrate lived experience with intuitive knowing.
To be Witnessed.
I can sit with grief, transition, and uncertainty without trying to fix it. I trust the body as an intelligence—not a problem to solve.
Come as you are.
And most importantly, I meet you where you are—not where you think you should be.
